  • What is your return policy?
    • We securely package the Funko Pops in the box. After they are packaged up we make sure everything is secure and safe to ship. If you do receive a damaged pop please contact us and we will discuss doing an exchange. Many of our Pops are exclusives that cannot be replaced as we do not have duplicates. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on pops with chase variants.
  • What if you don't have what I'm looking for?
    • Message us! We want to make sure we have everything our customers want. If there is a new pop or item that you are looking for that you don't see on our page then we will see if we can get it into our inventory.
  • Shipping Information
    • Orders are processed Monday Through Friday, we do not ship Saturday and Sunday. We can not always guarantee that in-stock orders will ship out the same week your order is placed. Processing can take 2-3 days. Once your order has shipped, shipping may take 3-5 days.
